Dr. Paytes earned her Bachelor of Arts in Finance at the University of Illinois - Urbana\Champaign and received her MBA at St. Xavier University.
Most recently, she obtained her Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership having completed her dissertation titled:
"Supplier Diversity as a Business Strategy for Competitive Advantage."
Dr Paytes is the CEO & President of Millennium Consultants Group, a niche consulting firm which helps organization to either establish or strategically grow their supplier diversity programs.
Dr. Paytes is also the co-founder of STRATACHIEVE - a social enterprise of like-minded change professionals organized to help solve the challenges of today and tomorrow.
Dr. Paytes experience includes managing global procurement, supplier diversity and diversity & inclusion training.
She has served in numerous leadership roles on the Board of Directors for both the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC) and the Greater Women's Business Council (GWBC).
